Floatpays does not have any impact on your cash flows. When payroll closes, we send a statement of withdrawals and related transaction fees to the payroll department for processing as deductions. The employer incurs no cost for neither the withdrawals nor the transaction fees incurred by the employees.
Should you wish to offer Floatpays as an employee benefit and offset the employee cost as a perk you have the option to make a contribution towards the employee transaction fees and you can set this up from the employer portal.
